Dr McKean has an extensive background in fitness, strength and conditioning and has coached athletes in 28 different sports, 18 to international level including Olympic and World Championship medals in eight sports. An Accredited Exercise Physiologist with ESSA, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NSCA America, a Level Two Strength and Conditioning Coach through ASCA, and a Level 3 Exercise Professional with Fitness Australia, Dr McKean provides consulting services to sporting and fitness organisations, conducting workshops and lectures nationally and internationally.

Lesley Gray

With almost 30 years experience in the fitness industry, Lesley Gray has a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Lesley teaches a broad range of group exercise classes, specializing in Yoga and Pilates. She is also a leading instructor trainer and educator, leading new and aspiring instructors to success. Each year she presents at the international fitness convention FILEX at Darling Harbour in Sydney. Her passion is prescribing and delivering exercise programs that deliver results in the most sensible and effective way. Thousands of people have benefited from this commonsense approach, either in a group situation or one on one. Lesley lives by her mantra "do it right for the best results.


Allan Menezes

Allan Menezes is the pioneer of the Pilates and Gyrotonics Methods in Australasia. He is also the author of the international bestseller, "The Complete Guide to the Pilates Method" as well as publisher of 20 Pilates DVDs that are sold internationally. He lectures on Menezes Method Pilates around the world and specializes in back pain and training physiotherapists in Functional Pilates. He also lectures at the FILEX conventions and is passionate about creating new movements and techniques that deliver results fast.

Vicky Warr

Vicky Warr is a pre and post natal fitness specialist who founded The Beez Kneez, providing pregnancy and post natal group fitness classes, small group training and home personal training. With over ten years experience of working with mums and mums to be, Vicky has trained celebrity mums and other mums either as one to one personal training or in small groups. She regularly contributes to BBC and LBC radio, is the pregnancy consultant for Mothercare, UK and regularly features in Prima Baby Magazine. She is also a mum of two young children and participates in triathlons.

Rachel Cohen

Rachel is a director and co-founder of Xperteze Training. Based on Sydney's Northern beaches, Xperteze offers a range of small group classes and personal training for the over 40's market including programs such as Fitness Over 40, Kettlebell Core, Yoga/Pilates Synergy, Fuzion Fitness, Just Weights and Zumba. With over 20 years involvement in the fitness industry Rachel is passionate about helping clients improve their health and well being, and achieve long term benefits and results through fitness training and healthy living. Rachel is currently doing a Physiogenomics course enabling Xperteze to offer "genetic risk profiling" to their clients.
